Soji is part of our training – by taking care of our training space, we give back to the dojo that gives us so much. Many hands make light work!
Time slots are flexible – no more than an hour in most cases. Sign up for multiple slots! Sign up for early slots so you can participate in Sunday classes! Please note that the 10:00 AM White Belt and Blue to Black Belt classes will begin at 11:00 AM on Sunday March 15th and the 11:00 AM Blackbelt class is cancelled.

Super dusty work! If you have allergies, please beware!
- Dust ceiling joists in basement using lint-free rags
- Vacuum basement – especially in front of lockers
- Blow dust from ceiling joists and ducts above main training floor (high ladder work)
- Remove duct intake louvres for washing
- Wipe down ceiling fans and light fixtures of main training floor (high ladder work)
